 Tasty potatoes

 for 4 people:
 1 kg of potatoes (waxy)
 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion-green
 3 tablespoons of rape oil
 Salt & pepper
 
 That's how it's done
 
 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees,  with convection preheat to 180 degrees.
 Brush the potatoes thoroughly under running water and cut into quarters or eighths, depending on size.
 Mix the oil in a bowl with salt and pepper and swing the potato wedges in it.
 Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, bake in the oven for about 45 minutes  until they are cooked and crispy.
 Then shortly swing the onion-green in some oil and pour over the potatoes
 
 
 
 
 1 liter of Green Smoothie
 
 ingredients
 
   50 g lettuce
   70 g rocket salad (Rucola)
   50 g spinach
   1 banana
   2 peaches
   1/2 lemon
   550 ml of water
 
 preparation
 
Wash the ingredients, peel the banana, remove the core of the peaches, then chop everything and fill into the mixer. Bear in mind to put the vegetables on the top. The lemon is simply pressed, its shell is not required. End up with 550 ml of water and mix gently first, then increase the speed to the maximum. 
Fill the Green smoothie in glasses and use lemon slices to garnish.
